Open Question: Glycolic acid under the eyes?

I just received 35% glycolic acid, I boought off eBay. I do not know, but do not use it IM the patch test. I wonder, if it determines that under my eyes, because I have like three wrinkles and the texture is bad, I do not think theyre going to go away for a year like this
